See How Accessible CNC Automated Cutting Has Become 

Linde provides breakthrough opportunities for CNC cutting with its growing line of PROSTAR™ LANCER™ CNC cutting systems. The LANCER cutting systems are an affordable, easily deployed solution for light fabricators, job shops, and HVAC companies. Stop at our booth and participate in hands-on demonstrations with Linde’s LANCER PRS4, a 4 ft. x 4 ft. CNC plate cutting system. The PRS4 system is part of the LANCER One series.

The LANCER One series features table sizes up to 4 ft. x 8 ft., plasma pierce capacity of 7/8 in., and unitized, stilted frames. The Lancer Two series features table sizes up to 6 ft. x 12 ft., a plasma pierce capacity of 1-1/2 in., oxyfuel cutting up to 3 in., and a unitized frame. The larger LANCER Three series is high-definition capable with a 2 in. plasma pierce capacity, a 3 in. oxyfuel cutting capacity, and unitized frames in sizes up to 8 ft. x 20 ft. 

Try Linde’s PROSTAR™ Fume and Dust Collectors

Linde will also demonstrate its PROSTAR™ line of portable fume and dust collectors. Our portable fume collectors are an easy-to-deploy and affordable solution that can help you as you work to protect workers and their environment. With multiple filter options, MERV 11, MERV 15, and MERV 11 PTFE, and suitability for working on a variety of materials, these units offer an outstanding set of standard features at a reasonable price point.

The PROSTAR™ portable collector provides 1200 CFM airflow with three washable filter options. The smaller PROSTAR™ portable light collector provides a compact frame with 875 CFM and two disposable filter options. The Tip Extraction Unit (TEC) is available in one-, two-, and six-torch configurations and delivers, on average, greater than 95% fume collection efficiency at the tip of the welding torch.
