Returns Process
If you need to return an item, please ship it back or bring it to the nearest Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. retail location. You can find the closest location by checking our Store Locator.
Returns Policy
The Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. returns policy is:
- NO refunds for any gas cylinder transactions
- Hardgood returns can only be completed for standard stock items
- Restocking and handling charges will be assessed on regularly inventoried merchandise, product cylinders or equipment that is returned
- Special order items are final sale
- Any shipping charges are not refundable
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase
- For returns with receipt, refunds will be in the original form of payment unless the original form of payment was cash and the branch does not have enough cash on hand to provide the refund in which case the refund will be a check sent via USPS
- For returns without receipt, no credit to be given
- All items must be in original packaging and sell-able condition, with all components and accessories included
- No returns on opened packages or items
