TOUGH LOCK Contact Tips are precision-machined using a
process that tightly controls tip tolerances.TOUGH LOCK Retaining
Heads are manufacturedwith a tapered design at both ends that
keep theconsumables locked from tip to neck for improved weld
consistency and to maximize heat dissipation.

AccuLock R Consumables
AccuLock contact tips deliver longer life and quick, accurate
replacement. Maintaining the proven electrical conductivity
and locking benefi ts of tapered connections, AccuLock R
consumables are a simple and benefi cial upgrade in robotic
welding applications.
 The contact tip’s long tail centers it in the diffuser prior to
engagement of the coarse thread, making it virtually impossible
to cross-thread
 A quick 360-degree twist is all it takes to replace the contact tip
 Upgrade from TOUGH LOCK consumables to the new contact
tip and AccuLock R diffuser with no effect on Tool Center Point
