ProStar™ Manipulators Slides & Swivels
Built for ProStar™ manipulators, side beams, or other torch articulation equipment, these heavy-duty slides are ideal for fine horizontal and vertical adjustments of the torch to the weld area. Powered or manual, ProStar slides ensure that the torch will be accurately positioned with a smooth, easy stroke. Varying stroke lengths are available. PRS21M and PRS61M slides are available in both manual (M) or powered (P) models. 1” diameter precision hardened and ground guide rods provide sealed linear ball bushings with an easy path for accurate movement of the weld head. PRS615M features a 1½ inch diameter guide rod for heavy-duty applications. PRSSW180 swivel swings at +90°, 0°, or -90°, about a vertical axis to enable welding torch orientation, flux pick-up, and Seam Tracker™ probes with no need for disassembly or remounting. Ideal slide for side beam carriages or manipulators; allows circumferential and longitudinal welds. Rotary swivel for horizontal rotation is available.
