The ESAB Renegade VOLT™ES 200i is a portable and cordless welder that operates on battery power, AC mains, or in hybrid/AMP+ mode. This versatile welder can be powered by 6 Ah, 9 Ah, and 12 Ah DeWALT® FLEXVOLT® batteries. With the included four 12 Ah batteries, it has the capability to burn up to 33 (E6013) electrodes on a single charge.
The Renegade VOLT is designed for mobile welders who work in remote or hard-to-reach locations without easy access to AC mains power. It is highly portable and powerful, making it ideal for those who need to weld on the go. In hybrid/AMP+ mode, the VOLT welder combines AC mains power with battery power to prevent nuisance trips on smaller breaker sizes or to provide more output when welding on 120V input.
This welder is built to withstand tough conditions with its rugged industrial design and durable, impact-resistant housing. It features multiple lift points for easy operation and transport in the field. The user interface is designed for outdoor use, even in direct sunlight, and includes a color-screen display with a battery status indicator and remaining arc time calculator.
The Renegade VOLT offers exceptional arc quality and comes with special features like hot start, arc force, memory storage, and cellulosic mode (6010) to optimize performance based on the application or user preference.
