ProStar Wire Wheel Brushes

The circumferential edge, or “face” of this circular-style brush performs
the work. Wire wheel brushes are ideal for removal of material, flash,
rust, paint, cleaning welds, deburring, deflashing, edge blending,
skiving and buffing. The most widely used design, the wheel brush,
can be mounted either horizontally or vertically, with the tips of the
wires doing the actual work as they contact the workpiece.

More flexible than the wide and medium-duty
styles. For wider surfaces where flexibility is
required, they can be mounted in multiples.

ProStar Small Diameter Crimped Wire

Wheel Brush
Specially designed for effective brushing operations
on internal surfaces and other hard-to-reach areas.
They can be mounted singly or in multiples, directly
onto the shaft of a portable tool. Max RPM 20,000.

ProStar Crimped Wire Wheel Brush
with Shank

Uniform, dense fill and can be used off-hand or on
drill presses for internal and external cleaning and
deburring. Applications: rust, scale, paint, dirt and
weld spatter removal. Shank diameter 1/4".
